Founded and led Jam City’s Black Employee (BE) Resource group. BE was established to create an inclusive and supportive environment for Black employees across Jam City, mobile gaming, tech, and the entertainment industry at large. Championing diversity, equity, and belonging, BE remains a safe space for Black professionals and a place where allies can support internal and external initiatives that empower the Black community.
