Founded the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Coalition (JEDI), Exploding Kittens’ first Employee Resource Group. The JEDI Coalition is made up of employees who value diversity and belonging and work together to integrate these values into the company experience. JEDI produces annual initiatives celebrating Women’s History Month, Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Black History Month, and more! JEDI members focus on advocacy, education, and celebration; they uplift communities by creating a safe space for learning and understanding.
